Destruction, Raiding or Killing is prohibited.
PvP is allowed and raiding is encouraged.
Pure PvP. Rebuilding and repairing is prohibited.
Placement of turrets, barricades and defensive structures is prohibited.
If your base it destroyed/raided you will be able to rebuild another base. Once you re-commence raiding, you must wait until your base is destroyed once again before you can rebuild.
